For the first time, I tried using the "video" setting with the camera, and when I switched it from that to the "picture" setting, and then turned it off, the zoom wouldn't go back in. Almost as if I had dropped it or bumped into something, but I didn't. I tried charging the battery, that's not the issue. And when I turn it on it'll come on- the lens will go out, back in, out and in, and then turn off. Help? Please?
