Have a digital pic frame...sylvania sdpf1089...we ...

Have a digital pic frame...sylvania sdpf1089...we scanned old pics on a sd card and are trying to get them to show at full screen for my brothers memorial svc...I cn oom them and hit enter but pic goe right back to thumbnail size...manual does not give enough details on how to use the product
