Hi there, I just purchased a Sylvania 10 inch digital photo frame. I am currently trying to transfer pics via USB cable from my desk top to the frame. As soon as I plug in the cable in both devices it just says connecting to the PC but actually not cennected. Does this frame not support picture transfer directly from the PC?
