How do I rotate and save a photo that is displayed...

How do I rotate and save a photo that is displayed upside down on a Sylvania SDPF Digital Photo Frame. When I rotate the photo to the correct position (180 degrees) I cannot make it stay in that position. It always reverts back to the upside down position.
