some one PLEASE HELP ME! my product is JVC GR=SXM38U ser. No 071D5398 1000x digital zoom, 25x optical zoom, when I bought this camera it would video inside and outside, but the speed of the video went through my video tape fast, so someone fixed that, but! now it will NOT VIDEO outside, it sees a tiny bit of light and it goes white/gray. this is ridiculous. it video inside great

5 While it's difficult to know exactly what the problem is without seeing the camera, it sounds like it may be an exposure problem. Exposure is how much light the camera lets in, which would explain why it videos fine inside, where there's not much light, but then when taken outside it's overwhelmed by light and looks white. You can manually adjust the exposure controls by going to the menu on the camera. Here's a website that has specific instructions on how to do that.
