Question About Digital Photo Frame DPH3080E
downloading to DPF...

I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS IN THE MANUAL AND THE PHOTOS WOULD NEVER DOWLOAD TO THE INTERNAL MEMORY. THERE IS NOT AN 800 NUMBER IN THE MANUAL TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT UNLESS SOMEONE CAN HELP ME. The manuaul is very difficult to understand and it is not at all clear on how to download to the DPF

0 I cannot set my clock, the time is not coming up when I press enter after selecting the clock...also the calendar is correct I need to set the time. My slide show is showing perfect..date is correct. Please let me hear from you. Thank You P.S. It is my christmas present from my daughter...

0 My purchase did not contain an USB cable, should it have? I have yet to find one that fits. Any suggestions as to where to look.
