Question About Philips Digital Photo Frame SPF3400C/G7
no power...

Phillips SPF 3400C G7. will not power up. Was working a week ago. Has been loaded with photos and plugged into outlet since Dec. 2010. Used very little.

3 We received this frame as a gift for Christmas, & the first time my husband attempted to use the remote, it turned off & NEVER came back on. We had to retrurn the frame & pay an additional $10 because the frame was no longer on sale. On 4/27, our state was devastated by tornados & we lost power for a few days. When the power came back on...guess what? No picture frame. I find it hard to believe it's just a coincidence! I've contacted Philips. Keep you posted.

0 I have the same problem and the rep. from Philips simply said "I apologize for your problem. Have a nice day". I say no more products from Philips.
