Focus...

I Have Installed This Camera Twice.Both Times It Is Out Of Focus.I Have Tried More Than One TV & Made All The Adjustments On Each TV,No Improvement.What Could Be Wrong?

1 i have 4 of this cameras working good but olnly one the image is blurry ..it may be adjusted or it is defective?

0 hi, my camera's focus must be out of adjustment cause the vision is very blurry on it i am getting a fuzzy look out of it i have another camera by youall & it shows very good i thought maybe this camera is a defect or something how do i fix this problem
