Question About Panasonic Digital Camera DMC-LS70
downloading photos...

when i try to download onto picasa site, pop-up says USB device not recognized. I have used it many times, now all of a suden not able to? Dell says nothing wrong with computer, it must be the camera. It's only 6 months old. Please can someone help in layman's terms? Thank you
