January 18, 2009: I too just received a 15" Pandigital Photo Frame for Christmas. My user manual enclosed was in French only. I wrote to the "contact" link on the only Website that seems to be available - and it is set up for U.S.A. customers only (registration) . I wrote & asked for an English manual back on December 27, 2008. I have not received an answer to date. Also, I am only able to download 352 pictures... far from the 2000 that it should take. The % shown on screen as the pictures are downloaded are sporadic & never reach 100% yet says it is finished. Is it time to return this gift to the store? Any other suggestions and/or advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Debbie
