Question About Pandigital Digital Photo Frame None

Ok, when i connect my Pandigital photo Frame to the computer, it connects, but when i go to my Computer and try to open the icon for the device it says the file is corrupt and wont let me open it. And it deleted all my pictures and music of the device. And i dont know how to fix it. Is there any thing i can do
