When I first got the frame it worked correctly, accepting and displaying photos. After a few hours, the frame turned off. I put in new batteries and connected the USB charger, but now the frame only displays a blank lighted screen. I can't even access the setup button. When I look at the frame with the desktop computer, the pictures are there and I can even save additional pictures to the device, but it just won't display them. Thanks in advance. Hugh Epley
