Problem with loading pictures...

I am trying to load my pictures from a PC. I am getting "Remote is temporarily inoperative.

2 Sounds like you have it plugged into the computer via the mini usb connection. When plugged in this way, it functions like a thumb drive... a quick way to load pictures to the frame from the computer. Try unplugging the USB cable...
