Question About Pentax Digital Camera X70
all my photos are blurred and the camera Pentax 90...

all my photos are blurred and the camera Pentax 90 seems to have a very slow shutter speed. I have tried to adjust the oso to 200 speed but everytime the camera is turned off it returns to a speed of 800. It takes a long time to take a photo from the push of the button to the photo being taken.
