Same message after downloading pictures on computer. What can I do?

0 My Optio M50 was doing the same thing so I checked the manual and you need to format the SD memory card or Built in Memory. The directions are on pg 162 of the manual. I turned out I had forgotten to put in my memory card so the camera's memory was soon filled.
