Question About Pentax Digital Camera Optio 555

Whenever I try to download images, it says that there are no photos there but there are photos in my camera. I used to be able to download images but I didn't use my camera for a long time and after that, it doens't recognise the photos anymore. It's an Optio S55. Thanks
