Although we can record video on the camera, when the camera is plugged into the computer, only the sound can be heard on Windows media player. The video plays as a song and not a video. Are the settings on the camera incorrect?

0 i am having the same problem only...i cant hear sound when its been recorded from camera or on computer and i have windows media player. is there even a sound control on the camera? (i have a vivicam 8025)
