when I connect Philips 9FF2 photo Frame to my MAC ...

when I connect Philips 9FF2 photo Frame to my MAC it says" connected Will return to normal operation after disconnection. Do not unconnect Photo Frame when copying or transfering Photo between PC and photo Frame." I can't get response from the menu button on the frame. What is wrong?
