Question About Polaroid Digital Photo Frame Digital Picture Frame

We cannot set the time on our frame. When we follow manual instructions the required window does not come up. Do we need to clear all files from it before we can reset time? There is an alarm set on it that goes off whenever we have it on and we want it changed - hence the wish to get the time reset.
