My Flip ultra HD is showing connected but not the charging symbol even after 1 hour connecting it to the usb port.Please help me out with this.

5 In this case you might want to try a different USB port or check that it's not already charged. If nothing works the battery may have surpassed its life span. Average life span of a rechargeable battery: 100 charges
