Item 29-166-0504 Never received a manual of any type and may have to order a part. The head of the tripod wobbles significantly just where the head asembly jins the center vertical tube. I can tighten it by turning the entire head assembly clockwise but it is a temporary fix at best. It is difficult/almost impossible to use binoculars or a digital camera. Need suggestions for a fix or a parts list so that I can replace whatever's not working. Thanks Bill Q
