I HAVE LOST MY MANUALS. BATTERIES DO NOT SEEM TO BE CHARGING ON A NEW CHARGER. I LEFT A TAPE IN THE CAMCORDER THE LAST TIME IT WAS USED, I CANNOT GET IT TO OPEN SO I CAN REMOVE. TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO. THE PASTOR AT CHRUCH WANTS TO TRY TO TAPE HIS SERVICES IF I CAN GET IT TO WORK.
