upon using skype and your rocketfish hd camera, we find that the corner picture of ourselves is frozen in one position the whole time we are seeing our relatives elsewhere. this has happened since the second time that we have used our new computer. it was working perfectly on the old one. we have owned it a few months, only. please help us it has been over a week now.
