How do I download the pictures from the camera to the computer I plugged it in and nothing happened?

0 You must use their PhoTags software. Most computers will not recognize the camera as a removable harddrive. You must install the driver, connect the camera to the computer, and start the software.

0 have you found a solution to this problem, im in the same boat... i apparently cant locate drivers to upload the pics off my camera...
