I purchased this camera for my son and I am unable to upload any photos I take. It says the device cannot be found. I installed the driver that came with it and am unable to find one online. The Customer Service department for the company can barely speak english. Is it useless? Should I just throw the stupid thing out? If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
