Question About Sakar Digital Camera 24280

I can't figure out how to charge the camera. It's been 23 hours!! If I really have to charge it on camera mode at first, how do I put the camera on camera mode? How do I put it on charge mode? The light stays red. It won't turn green!

0 yeah, they tell you to put in charge mode but don't bother to tell you how to do it.
