when i turn on the camera the screen on the back has a picture of a padlock. and i can't take pictures. i have tried every button and every combinations of buttons and still nothing.i just bought it 4 months ago and i have misplaced the instuctions already. i need help please. there are alot of photos still to be snapped out there. so if anyone can help i would be forever grateful. thank you.
