WILL NOT RECOGNIZE CAMERA...

THE UNDERWATER DIGITAL CAMERA IS NOT BEING RECOGNIZED WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE PICTURES I HAVE TAKEN.I HAVE INSATLLED THE SOFTWARE.UNISTALLED AND THEN REINSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES THE CAMERA IS SHOWING THAT THERE ARE PICTURES THERE.I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THEM BEFORE I LOSE THEM.ANY SUGGESTIONS
