We were given this camcorder as a gift two years ago. The Samsung SC-D363 worked well for two years until recently I noticed the picture was fuzzy when trying to record and the words eject tape would appear on the screen, not allowing the picture to record. How do I fix this problem or do I need to send it to a repair service. Can you help me please, I NEED THIS CAMERA TO WORK FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY ON OCTOBER 4TH!! ELMO IS COMING!
