problem...

when i swith on my camera it beeps and shots down the lens does not come out but i can view pictures that are on my sd memory

0 It doesn't solve your problem - but my local camera store said it is a "common" NV-10 problem - usually caused by drop or foreign object like sand grain - said I must find authorized repair location to have it cleared.
