Question About Samsung Camcorder SC-D263

we recorded a whale watching trip. In trying to play it back there are pink bars through the picture. What is wrong? the battery wa charged. It has never done this before and we have cleaned it.

0 I have this problem also and have used the head cleaner and still happens. Did anyone come up with a solution?
