WHen I turn on the recorder to camera, the word PROTECTION flashes on the screen and does not allow me to record. I reviewed manual and has to do with the tape protector, i purchased new tapes thinking the tape was defective and still the PROTECTION flashes and it will not allow me to to record. The tapes are in the record mode so I am not sure what to do. Please help!!!
