Question About Samsung Digital Camera D760
Format settings and lost photos...

In the menu option on the camera, I went to "settings" then "format" and then chose "yes". This deleted all of my pictures...which is not what I thought would happen. Can someone tell me if my pictures are gone now or can I get them back? What does this formatting feature do? Thanks in advance.
