Question About Samsung Digital Camera S860
Will not stay on...

I have the Samsung S860 blue digital camera. Everytime I cut the the camera on, it beeps twice and cuts right back off! I have replaced the batteries, I have pressed numerous buttons on the camera, however nothing seems to work. Can someone please help? I just brought the camera 1 month ago from Circuit City. I think I threw away the manual by mistake one day :(......
