I LOST THE PASSWORD FOR MY DVR AND THE SAMSUNG WEBSITE DOESNT RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL AS BEING ON FILE TO RESEND IT TO ME. I CANT LOGIN TO MY DVR. HOW DO I RESET IT
