I have lost the manual for my orange xacti digital...

I have lost the manual for my orange xacti digital movie camera. It's an 8 mega with a 5 x 200m lens and is the waterproof one. How might I get the manual to find out how to use it properly? I don't have facebook! Linda Douglas
