CHARGING BATTERY...

WHEN CHARGING BATTERY, DOES LIGHT TURN GREEN AND THEN RED WHEN FINISHED? WE'VE LOST MANUAL. CHARGER TURNS RED WHEN BATTERY SEEMS TO BE FINISHED, BUT CAMERA WILL NOT TURN ON WHEN REPLACE BATTERY IN IT. IS BATTERY BAD...NEED TO REPLACE? DO YOU KNOW APPROX. RETAIL COST? PLEASE ANSWER ASAP, NEED FOR GRADUATION THIS WEEK! THANK YOU!!!
