my camera says "lens error" every time i zoom in. i have no idea why. can anyone help me?

0 I have had this camera for about three months now and every time I try to turn it on it says Lens Error:0x04130000 and then it turns off I have tried charging the batteries and everything it still dose not work!

0 I purchaed my digital camera over a month ago. I am now receiving a lens error that reads 0x01110000. I have removed the batteries and card to no avail... What can be done?..
