I turn on the camera after connecting the camera to the USB port on my laptop. I turn on the camera and it does not show screen so that I can import photo's. It just opens to take photographs. I have readjusted the both connects & tried other things in the USB port and they work. The camera connection for some reason is not working to import photos.
