Question About Sanyo Digital Camera VPC-E870
Lens Error Codes...

When I try to turn my camera on, it says Lens Error: 27 if its in playback mode, and Lens Error: 11 if i'm trying to take a picture. The lens won't telescope and it shuts itself off. I'm not sure what to do to fix it! Help! :)
