1 the only way I have found to transfer pics is to put the sd card in your card reader. I still can't go from camera to pc

1 Sorry forgot to add what kind of camera. The only way I have found to transfer pic is to put sd card in your sd card reader and transfer, still can't go from camera to pc. If anyone has a better solution please help
