sanyo vpc-e890 camera...

the lens will not go in and every time i turn my camera on it cut back off and it will not charge

0 I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM ONLY HAD THE CAMERA FOR FIVE DAY WAS WORKING BUT WHEN I PLUGED IT UP TO CHARGE IT IT JUST STOPPED WORKING
