i'M TRYING TO GET MY VIDEO TAPE OUT OF THE SLIMCAM, WHEN I PRESS THE EJECT BUTTOM IT WON'T OPEN UP. HELP ME PLEASE

0 I did purchase another battery, but that's not the problem. everytime I press the eject buttom, it sounds like it is rewinding. I NEED TO GET MY TAPE OUT
