I've used it successfully for the first time today to scan about 50 slides. However it has now stopped functioning. During the capture stage, the blue indicator line almost reaches the far end, but stops and an error message appears " Failed to Save Image". The program then locks. Re calibrating, re-starting the PC and re-installing the program has not helped. Can I fix this myself or do I need to return the scanner to the store?
