Question About Smart Parts Digital Photo Frame SP8RS
wont turn on...

I got this frame as a gift and it has never worked right. It won't turn on. What do I do? I don't have a receipt for it because it was a gift and I can't remember if I registered it after I got it or if I could have registered it. How can I get it fixed? Thank you!
