Question About Sony Camcorder Accessories VCT-870RM
Broken Linc Wire...

connection on the camera end is broken. i soldered a new connector, but it doesn't work. also noticed it has different resistance than the connector on the working one I have. That tells me a) it's a special connector b) I have the wires wrong. will a standard replacement mini sub connector work?
