Question About Sony Camcorder NXCAM HXRNX30U
Battery Not charging...

I have recently bought a Sony HXRNX30U camcorder. The battery charges for 5 minutes and then if I open the viewfinder, it shows low battery. I have done all the obvious things without being able to charge the battery. Can someone help?
