I am trying to copy video from a tape to a DVD. I am using Sonic MyDVD and I receive an error when I try to Copy. It says that the video signal could not be detected. The program is not detecting the camcorder even though I have connected everything correctly using a USB port. I'm not sure why this error is occurring so any help would be appreciated.
