I have owned this camera for many years from new and only used it no more than 20 times. it has not been dropped or abused and only used by myself. I went to turn it on to play some old holiday tapes to friends when i noticed the tape door would not spring open on pressing the button. the camera illuminates normally but none of the functions seem to work. any ideas?
