My TRV815 is stuck in DEMO mode when I use it as a...

My TRV815 is stuck in DEMO mode when I use it as a VTR, even thought I have selected "DEMO MODE OFF" over and over when it is in Camera mode. There is no DEMO selection in VTR mode.
